Starting with base work (safety, traditional positions, sheathing and unsheathing, the basic cuts and their fluid linking), we will study juggling (turns, spins and throws of the katana into the air), extreme kicks, the ways to begin and end the choreography, and the combinations (linking three or four movements with feet and hand strikes and extreme kicks). All you need to learn to handle the katana in its demonstration and artistic mode.
